01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between cs9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cs9999 website and all associated services ("you", "the Player", "User"). By accessing cs9999.app or completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

cs9999 is operated under an international gaming licence. 02 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the cs9999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the life of your cs9999 account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cs9999 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or receive any bonus or promotional benefit from the platform.

cs9999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Management

Each cs9999 player is permitted to hold only one registered account. The maintenance of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cs9999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. cs9999 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify cs9999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

cs9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any conduct that may adversely affect the integrity of the cs9999 platform. In such circumstances, cs9999 may withhold all funds pending investigation.

Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of PKR 200, which will be deducted from the account balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

04 KYC & Identity Verification

cs9999 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may also be required before certain deposit thresholds are reached or bonus amounts are released.

Standard KYC documentation required by cs9999 includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unexpired copy of a government-issued document — Pakistani CNIC, National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP), or valid passport.

05 Deposits

cs9999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, retail cash top-up, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at cs9999's discretion.

The minimum deposit at cs9999 is PKR 100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, however cs9999 may apply individual account-level deposit limits as part of responsible gaming measures, regulatory requirements, or fraud prevention protocols. If you believe a deposit limit has been applied to your account in error, contact cs9999 support.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your cs9999 account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two hours depending on the sending bank's processing times. cs9999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

All funds deposited at cs9999 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and matching the KYC documentation on file. cs9999 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, the amount will be reversed and the account reviewed for compliance.

cs9999 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party fees levied by payment providers (for example, mobile wallet transfer charges) are the responsibility of the player and are outside cs9999's control.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at cs9999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. cs9999 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment methods or accounts registered in names other than the account holder's verified name.

The minimum withdrawal amount at cs9999 is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests submitted before the completion of KYC verification will be queued and processed once verification is successfully completed.

Standard withdrawal processing times at cs9999 are as follows:

cs9999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal amounts exceeding defined thresholds as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

cs9999 offers various bonus promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting enhanced odds. All cs9999 bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

Where a wagering requirement applies to a cs9999 bonus, the full wagering requirement must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal is permitted).

The following bonus abuse practices are strictly prohibited on cs9999 and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

cs9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses that have not been claimed within the stated expiry period are forfeited automatically. cs9999 will not reinstate expired bonuses.

08 Gaming Rules

All casino games available on cs9999 — including but not limited to live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, game shows), slots, and table games — are provided by third-party certified game studios and operate under those studios' individual game rules. cs9999 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all slot titles in the game lobby. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

All cs9999 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified. cs9999 does not have the technical means to alter game outcomes after a bet has been placed. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and all stakes returned to the player's cs9999 wallet.

09 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on cs9999 — covering cricket (including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, T20Is), UFC, football, and all other listed sporting events — is governed by cs9999's Sports Betting Rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

cs9999 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or limit maximum stake amounts on any event or market at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to situations where there is reasonable suspicion of match fixing, insider information, or market irregularities.

Pre-match bets placed on cs9999 are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted and confirmed. Live betting odds on cs9999 are subject to change until the bet is confirmed, after which the accepted odds are binding. cs9999 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues that prevent a bet from being placed or confirmed before an event begins.

Where a sporting event is postponed, cs9999 will follow standard industry practice: bets on a postponed PSL or cricket match will be voided and stakes returned if the event is not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, unless individual market rules state otherwise.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cs9999 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of closure:

1. Operating more than one cs9999 account, whether under the same or different personal details
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin slots, or interact with cs9999 in any way not available to standard human users

11 Responsible Gaming

cs9999's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the cs9999 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cs9999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect platform availability. cs9999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

15 Termination

You may close your cs9999 account at any time by contacting cs9999 customer support and submitting a written account closure request. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be paid out to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account.

cs9999 may terminate your account and these Terms at any time, with or without notice, if cs9999 determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if cs9999 is required to do so by its licensing authority or any applicable law. In cases of termination for cause, cs9999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

The following provisions of these Terms shall survive account closure and termination: intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and any obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

16 Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute regarding any cs9999 game outcome, bet settlement, transaction, or account decision, players should contact cs9999 customer support in the first instance. cs9999 support will investigate all disputes and provide a response within 5 business days of the complaint being formally lodged.
